What the documents commit to
- Product terms come first.Where a product publishes its own terms, they govern it: ZOREAL's govern identity verification and ZOREAL Verify, PDFChecker included, wherever they are reached. Agemin and Detector24 run on the Bynn platform under these documents.
- Your data stays yours.Customer Data belongs to the Customer and is processed under the Data Processing Addendum, part of every account. Model improvement only as Section 8.3 of the Terms allows.
- Not sold for money.Bynn never sells or shares Customer Data. The advertising tags on bynn.com and the product websites are disclosed, with an opt-out, and bynn.com honours Global Privacy Control.
- Optional cookies start off.On bynn.com, analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you allow them, and you can change your choice at any time.
- Decisions about people are reviewed.Hiring, credit, housing, insurance and similar decisions need a qualified person before they take effect; age and identity checks need a route to human review.
- Notice before change.Customers get at least thirty (30) days' notice of a material change to the Terms of Use, except a change required by law or urgently needed for safety or security.
Compliance
Bynn Intelligence, Inc.'s security programme, monitored continuously in Vanta. Only the ISO/IEC 27001 certificate and the SOC 2 report are attestations; the laws and frameworks listed are ones the programme is mapped to, not certifications. Protected health information may be sent only under a signed Business Associate Agreement. The trust center lists the current reports and certificates.
